It has all the citadel maps.

I guess the model just dissapeared after a while of it just sitting on the workshop
Because i remember there used to be the skybox model

No, there is. In the actual map, if you look up, you can see the citadel stretching into the clouds.
But in this map, it's just the base. Then it cuts off. Compare them for yourself.

I don't mean that the citadel is missing, I mean the skybox version of it doesn't exist.

How is it missing?
I didn't fuck around with the citadel itself in Hammer, i only removed 1 NPC
