Can you make it so the Rubat ball doesn't heal you? Just to be consistent with the Gaben ball

@pacmastermeow - they act the same as the normal bouncy balls except they have Gabe's face and say 'gaben' when they bounce. as you no doubt can tell, this is clearly a major improvement over the default bouncy balls.

For some reason it is still not showing Gaben's face on the ball. The checkers are different colors though.
