@ape burger It should work, maybe you messed up the .mod file

I'm curious as to how you actually mod flags.
I've sank hours now into trying to do so but can't get it to work.
Followed a technique where you just swap the .tga file with a new .tga file and put that in the mod folder but that hasn't worked.

Bosnia's flag is a little bit not how I remember it
