The unfortunate reality of Rolling Line modding site is that a lot of top contributors are prone to having hissy fits and removing their stuff apparently.

I'm sorry to say those missing quickmods don't exist anymore. They must have been deleted as I don't see those bethgons or tankcars and other various locos that are in that screenshot on the rolling line modding site anymore

None that i am aware of. Other layouts, apparently, came with whatever was needed. All the cars & engines just showed up except for this, incredible, layout.
