In other news, I'm very much in need of some help balancing the upgrades. Someone with a math-brain would help...a lot.

I haven't started work on the Naval Upgrades, but I'm very keen on porting the ship-designer to MD, if it's possible at all; I may need to steal someone else's work, haha. :steammocking:

Right now, balancing the upgrades, changing the UI, and simplifying upgrades for everything is my priority.

I don't think that the update will break the mod, but having this mod installed will overwrite any changes to fuel consumption rates, vehicle stats, and upgrades. There are some tweaks to the upgrade UI, too, but this overwrites all of that.

I do plan on updating it, but I don't forsee anything game-breaking coming up, short of new mechanics being added. Still, I'd have a version of MD 1.0 on hand in case it does.

Will you still be working on this when MD version 1.1 hits? I'm using the MD dev build and there have been several updates changing the range of aircraft and new fuel consumption for Army and Navy and a rebalance for Air consumption and variant mods break these new features in the dev version. So when 1.1 does eventually come then variant mods will need to be made compatible with the new equipment stats and features :)

Great mod though and this is very recommended for anybody playing the Steam MD version

Just updated. If your Armored Infantry Divisions aren't using IFV models, or if your Mechanized Infantry Divisions aren't using IFV models, let me know!
