You need to restart the game after installing. It didn't work for me at first but yeah. Make sure to try spawning it from it's original place, too. It works for me.

Maybe change the name to "Posable Fisherman" and in BIG BOLD CAPS at top of descripton put "REQUIRES HL2 LOST COAST".
