Hmm, this is not currently possible, which is an oversight by me. I'll add a moddable value which controls staff costs in a future update. :)

is there a way i can edit it to lower the price for staff?

These are great. They still notify you when they level up and you cant remove it from your inbox lol.

Simply add a new data file with the following in it:

Hi, it's not a bug: this is how the game works. The staff is generated in the list when the list itself is generated. So if you start a game with this mod, all staf in the hiring list will be "cheated", and if you remove the mod your list will still be filled with these staff untill you hire them, so new "regular" staff will be added to refill this list. On the other hand, if you start a new game without the mod and you activate it later, you'll also need to "clear" your hiring list to get the cheated staff within it.

You Workshop bug, if you install him,you can't uninstall before, the staff be all the time cheat and you can't start a new game with staff at 1400€/Day.
