Okay, apparently it does exist, but I don't know which vendor file it is, Ancient Books are illegal in the Holy Nation, and I can't find the vendor list for the Holy Construction trader.

So, really, any Construction vendor outside of the Holy Nation should be selling the Books. Sorry I can't be much more help. I'll have to dig around later and see if I can't do anything about it.

I can't get any more specific than that, there's only one listing for construction traders in the FCS, and according to the Wiki, Stack doesn't have a Construction trader, it's likely a mod, Sorry.

Not that I'm aware of, anything that alters the Books, or the Traders might be overwriting it, I personally only have one mod that modifies traders and it plays nice with it.

Are there any known conflict with this mod, I am using Kenshi Mod Manager by millerscout and it's not highlighting any conflicts but I don't seem to have the books in the tech trader or construction trader. I have imported after subscribing to the mod.

Should be able, it might take a few in-game days for them to show up, otherwise you can Import your save and refresh your world.

Yeah that is quite likely, head to the Great Desert or somewhere and take another look, technology is illegal with the Holy Nation.

Start a second save if you gotta for testing purposes.

Wondering if the NPC shopping mods might be causing an issue?

Not entirely sure, I don't have Kenshi installed atm, new computer, I spoke with my friend and he has the Shop mod all the way at the top and mine below it, specifically at the bottom on his end and it works fine for him.

To Clarify: "Shops have More Items" at the top, mine below it.

What is the percent spawn chance? I'm hoping it's still rare. It's just a nice feeling seeing a single ancient science book pop up every other day in the shop lol
