So I finally got it uploaded to L4Dmaps. I just had to use a different computer. Now it needs to get 5 votes before I can make it available to the public, so whenever that happens I'll post a link here.

Uninstalled and reinstalled a good 3 times and it still doesn't work.

Damn shame, this is like the best add-on idea of all time.

I was going to post this mod on L4Dmaps, but they want you to have screenshots of the mod, which would be kinda are since its a sound mod XD. I guess I could just get some screenshots of the ending, so if I do that, it'll be up by the end of the week, because I'm busy at the moment :)

I just created my L4dMaps account today, and you need to have it for 30 days before you can upload a mod.
Besides re-installing it, consider trying what I said in one of my other comments, which would be to manually put it into the add-on folder.

You may need to uninstall and then reinstall the mod, or wait at the title screen (maybe bring up the add-ons section), and it may show the add-on downloading. I have had some mods that I have downloaded that have this problem. But this mod obviously works for most people, so it may just be a problem with the way your computer runs the game. Trust me, my computer isn't great, so I run into these problems myself.

Also, you may have to use a program like "winrar" if the mod downloaded .zip files, and then put them into the addon folder. To do this, go to C:, then Program Files, then Steam, then steam apps, then common, then Left 4 Dead 2, then left4dead2, then addons.
