no compatible con Long war.
For LG, open XComLW_Overhaul.ini and search for "find faction" or FIRST_CHOSEN_CA_REQ_RANK

Excellent mod! Now the chosen remain for the majority of the campaign.

I agree - I didn’t like Chosen being tied to the Golden path missions either.

Just wanted to report my first playthrough with this mod. I was able to take out my first chosen sometime in late November. It's late December now and I just started a covert op to take out a second chosen. For 4 months in a row now I have had to deal with Chosen Assaults on the avenger. Seems to do exactly what I intended, keeping the chosen around for a little longer. I might add the option to require a 3rd soldier to the covert mission for others like me, who want to get them around until the end of the game.

This is a great idea as players can gain access to the Chosen strongholds too early in the game.

This is just what i needed, as i play with 12 man squad takes ages to get the required ranks.
