It's seems this mod don't work on latest game version. No matter I do with settings, my cannon shoot only once

I think what they mean, and what I want to ask, is how do the controls affect the way the cannon fires?
I'm confused because all the controls under "reload time extensions" do is, as stated, extend the reload time by seconds. But why are they called "magazin[e] size" and "number of cannons" if all they do is make the reload take longer?

reloads, it literally reloads your cannon after some time after firing!! cmon guys seriously?
