I have found one of the weirdest bug i encountered. If we use UDO with some scenario or campaign involved RHS related files, it will create turret lock syndrome, which make the turret of tanks and APC so heavy and hard to traverse. I don't understand how is this happened but when i remove UDO, the turret traverse speed return to normal rate

Hi, I wanna ask, whether this mod can work together with AI accuracy fix mod? Because I love the intelligence AI in this mod but their accuracy is sick, i want to keep the skill of AI but reduce the accuracy ist not possible, when i adjust the number. I'm kinda newbie in this game but their flick shots are so sick

and @Chfiff, if i remember right i unpacked the files and just edited one of the presets to my liking. then packed everything again.
afaik i needed to google the program to pack/unpack the files.

@Grrrrobots . for your awareness, every single win you have against AI which don't know how to shoot is a bare LUCK , not skill :D

by the way, i don't use UDO anymore, i'm not sure that anything have changed, but max Custom skill values in Game Settings + max Skill on the units in Editor or Zeus, doesn't seem to differ from the max with UDO .

not trying to be rude, like seriously no offence intended, but setting the precicion that high would just kill the realism of the AI, and really wouldnt require more skill from the player, just more respawns, im curiuos what the would happen with the skill settings, but i doubt it would matter when the AI literally never misses, personally i saw the title and was rally hopeful, but idk how much id be into using it, difficulty should focus on the effectivness of the AI, that said, A SELF PRESERVATION INSTINCT on AI units would be perfect, were they can recognize actions that would get them killed

@ilias i Agree. Did now some different tests and come to the conclusion: the best results i had to use only UDO. One thing i liked at Lambs Danger where the Waipoints in Editor they offert (Like Hunt or Stalk etc), they made it easy to creat escape scenarios, as i'm not that hero in scripting.

Default AI Combat Mode handles counterattacking (without orders) well .

@Fluffy, there is no AI mod that makes them harder than default/Vanilla .

VCOM doesn't scrap the precision, but it's Reinforcements function (can be disabled) and may be other parts, make AI run at open under fire .

Don't remember about ASR .

I used this with default AI, only need a waypoints generation method .

I try it now also to combine with the ASR AI , they don't update it anymore but it looks like some parts are still working. Does any one other has the experience to combine it with the ASR AI? Lambs danger is great but their suppression system is kind of Ammo and time waste for the AI.

This mod combined with Lambs Danger is sick, with the difficulty "Commando". I realy can recoment it.

Just some testing result, it doesn't increase max AI's vision properties .

UDO works by creating presets above the normal Veteran limits. To utilize them, just go to game options > difficulty, and select the harder difficulty presets like Mercenary or Commando.

ok, ive found a way to alter settings to my own preference with your addon.
using skill 2 and precision 0 seems to do it for me!

in combination with Ace_singleplayer, LAMBs_danger/suppression/turrets and TPW_Fall this is FANTASTIC!

this little addon is really cool!
just wish i could move the sliders myself but i can only chose presets.
id like to have high skill levels and low(even down to 0) precision.

It definitely makes the AIs more accurate. Works with pretty much everything, but can make missions pretty hard.

how much does this affect the AIs aiming?
do you recommended using this on campaigns and singleplayer missions other than DRO, or does it brake them?

Tested on Master seems like Dark Souls Style.

Mercenary or Commando its really ok.

Excellent question. This mod doesn't directly touch AI driving, but it does make them think faster and more intelligently about threats. This will pay some dividends in their decision-making while driving. However, for an all-around fix to AI driving, I recommend VCOM Driving.

The mod, as described above, adds new difficulty presets above Veteran. To make this work, though, it also uncaps the AI subskills and allows them to exceed 1.0, which does have an effect on how they perform. Lastly, it also alters the overall range of the subskills to give missions less unchangable influence.

I typically play Dynamic Recon Ops and other missions against Commando AI. They put up an excellent fight there against a solo player, although more equal player-AI counts may justify a harder choice.

I was now testing a bit, Master AI is realy hard, looks like they act hardcore smart. What about commando AI? Which AI difficulties would you recomment, if i need for some missions a very agressiv AI?
