Believe it's Fashionist, should have an option to show the last unequiped weapon(s). May need to enable it through the mod's admin commands though. Here's the link.

Quick question, how do you have weapons showing up on your back? I've seen it n a lot of screenshots but can't seem to find any source for a mod for it. Also great idea for a mod, the Warmaker weapons really needed a unique look to help portray their unique stats.
