unfortunately not as both change the same file. i have a version that combines super hordes with 75% slowed infected here. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=250089790 . however if you want i can create a version of this mod that slows them by any number you want.

Not that I'm aware of. Your best option would be to ask the creator of Improved bots mod to make a version that reduces infected speed. While I can do it, my mod only changes one line of script, while Improved bots changes many so I think it's more fair that they take my change rather than me taking all their changes.

That's because they both alter the same file. Unfortunately you have to pick one or the other.
