where do you get those uniforms?

I've been working on a similar project (mostly on the coding side though) and I was wondering how you managed to paint the pattern over the top of the texture while keeping the details. Is it all manual or is there some kind of trick to it?

@Eutyches, thanks for the info, haven’t updated the page in a while. Feel free to use anything packed in this mod, all credit goes to RHS, as the texture templates belong to them, respectively. I really don’t get to involved with licensing legalities as I simply do this for fun and claim no ownership over anything in my workshop.

@fvmoperator, the 416 project is on the back burner. I would like to release those textures in the future, but as of now I have no plans or ETA for it.

Note: As of August 11, the M249 and M17 have been merged into RHSUSAF stable. The development branch should not be needed any longer.

Question: What is your license for this mod? I am particularly wondering about using your retextures as templates to do my own and giving credit to you for the original. Of course, it is always a good idea to list redistribution requirements in the mod description itself.

@Kaffe, yup all attachments are made in a way in which it is essentially impossible to retexture them. Aimpoint is actually from CUP Weapons.

@flankenstein ah okey. Is it the same with suppressors and flashlights etc? oh and whats the aimpoint from the second picture from? SPS?

This last update broke all the weapons.

I'll post a screenshot shortly, but now they are all semi-invisible.

Hmm, I'll try that. Other than that I really like this and your other mods.

@CannedGonk, the only weapon that should have a textured magazine is the SR25 Spray Camo. All the rest are configured to use the base RHS Stanag mags. I’d recommend testing this only using the RHS USAF mod to see if anything else on your mod list may be causing the texture issue.

I believe some of the M4s have magazine texture glitches. I may be wrong.

I would love to do some AKs, unfortunately it’s just not possible due to the way the RHS AKs are currently configured (i.e.- no hiddenselections). Sorry guys.

@Jonstyle, make sure you’re running the DEV BRANCH version of RHS USAF for the M249s, otherwise they won’t show. Let me know if there’s any other issues.
