Solution if the launcher still says the mod is incompatible:

Go to "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV" and delete the "mods_registry.json" file and the "mod" folder. Then close the launcher and restart it.

This will NOT delete your downloaded mods. It will just refresh the launcher as on its current bad condition it does not refresh properly and therefore we users have to do it manually

Don't worry, I know the update is taking long. I encountered some problems testing regarding DLC content (such as minesweeping focus, which won't make an effect for non-MtG owners), so I am focusing on making the mod "non-DLC friendly".
I think that the weekend is a good deadline

0.7 update is ready (just need to test it), but we modders are having problems with uploading the mod.
New launcher keeps throwing errors, hence the reason why 0.6b version may not be working correctly.
Many things are not working, such as the Workshop downloaded files being compressed on .zip format, thumbnails not updating, HoI IV ignoring checked mods to load...
The launcher does not read the mod folder local mod, hence why I can't test it yet

Updated mod to 0.6b: Only change is compatibility with game version 1.8.0 "Fork".

@Jinqs You have to rather go through "Operation New Horizon" focus (Democratic path) or, in case of choosing another ideology, going through its own focus for stabilizing the country: "Political Reform" (fascism), "Socialist State" (communism) or "Unite Political Power" (non-aligned).
