This specific edit isn't going to get any updates - when it was made, we didn't have the ability to make custom moves outside of the Mod Pack. I wouldn't update Kip without adding some of his moves that don't exist in the base game and DLC used on this edit. I can add a new Kip Sabian edit to my list, but it'll likely be quite a while until I can get to him.
