It's not possible for players to do it themselves, however I think I will disable all tuning options with the new update that will be coming out soon. Thanks for the comment! I'll make sure to fix that.

Is it possible for us to disable extra guard health ad well as the general custom tunings? Or have you perhaps got a version of the map without these additions?
