Sorry for the delay, folks. I've finally got some time off work and have been looking at my mods but unfortunately since I last touched these, the game has changed a heap, all the various tools and libraries my cobbled together modding tools used have updated and nothing at all was working. To make matters worse, I've totally changed my PC / dev environment (was windows / Visual Studio, now I'm using Debian / Clang). I've almost finished rebuilding all of the tools I use to create these mods and only have one major one left to rework (the tool that actually assembles all of the various icons / dds images from the various parts).

Will likely still take me a while to find the time to finish things off properly but there's at least an end in sight

after a rather lengthy Valheim -> Satisfactory -> Bellwright break, a couple of my regular LAN buddies are thinking of getting back to HOI4 again.

I've just grabbed the umpteen expansion packs I had fallen behind on... and the quick go I had playing vanilla HOI4 to try out the new stuff, quickly reminded me of why I made all these mods in the first place!

I'll be taking a long overdue break from work in the next few months... so I'll spend some time updating the bulk of my mods. It won't be right away but it will happen at some point 8-)

causes my game to crash whenever i try to start a new run (loading bar says "loading graphics")!

i play on the newest game version with all dlcs, and i have no other mods installed. (also tested it with MPU NATO like counters active).
also in my game settings, NATO symboles are set to active

Damn bro, I loved using this in almost every game I did. I loved all the icons this pack had especially when you had large naval fleets too. Sad :(

this is just sad to look at how long it's gone without an update, especially given it's the only one of it's kind that was anywhere near up to date.

I've looked in to this mod collection and it really shouldn't be used with 1.10.X :( It overwrites certain 1.10 things, especially in MPU Unit Icons where it goes beyond just interface.

I can try to update and possibly reupload as another version, but I hesitate to steal another author's work without permission.
@mpu.daemos, are you OK with reusing your work for another mod? With full credit given, obviously.

I'm filled with sadness that this mod seems dead. It's honestly the only way I can bring myself to play HoI4. Without good NATO-counters it just feels so... toy-ish? Anyway, anybody got a good NATO-mod that works?

I really like this mod, however the camels seem to have broken it a bit for mods like Kaiserreich and the base game. Would love to see an update to address this.

@2003werewolf I figured out how to fix it, the problem is not in this mod specifically, its with the MPU Theatre Icons (L) mod.

For some reason, he changed the font on the stat box on that mod, its s stupid decision so if you want to fix it you have to go into the mod folder(Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\1331463215\interface), and then replace his unitview.gui for this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dkPN3-YiMWhx5qT4xX8s8YscH8Zer6jT/view?usp=sharing

I loved this mod at one point. It now contains too many many visual changes that aren't advertised. Please for the love of God make a separate mod for the other changes. It's not too late to roll back a really bad shift in direction. Keep it simple.
