Also after testing, you can only change settings with manual config. The in game mod config will not work.

Just an FYI:
I had doubts since this hasn't been updated since 2021. But from my limited testing, this mod still seems to work as intended - neither errors nor issues. I tried using both water and polluted water and the new electrolyzer switched from one to the other without even a hiccup.

To all for which the mod is not working, try to move the mod to the bottom of your mod list. ONI loads mods one after another, meaning if Advanced Electrolysers has dependencies from other mods or something similar it will cause a crash because they don't exist at the moment, so if it loads last you have the best chance of it loading correctly. at least this worked for me

First of all, I'm happy to report that I have the Spaced Out DLC, everything updated, and this mod works perfectly for me! Secondly, as others have noted the tooltip description doesn't seem to match the mod but on top of that there seems to be a hidden feature that isn't mentioned anywhere in the tooltip or in your description. When I go to the mod settings, it has options to do with salt water, brine, salt, and bleach stones. I'm planning to experiment to find out what that's all about on my own, but it would've been nice to know that's a feature sooner and you might want to include it in your description.

The tooltip thing I noticed but I have no clue (not that I looked very hard) why its happening.

The tooltip is screwed up. It says "Coverts Water to Oxygen and Hydrogen. Also converts Pilluted Water to Polluted Oxygen and Hydrogen. Though ElectroQuarters off dangerous areas and prevents gases from seeping into the colony while closed, while allowing Light and Decor to pass through."

Did you mix two of your mods?

It doesn't work again for some reason when water flow in the machine, there was no oxygen come out. Any help please?

@Vas two issues in your calculation
1 liter of water (1,000 kg × 1kg √)
oxygen and hydrogen have difference molar mass. (66% Hydrogen * 1 ):(33% Oxygen * 16) = 1:8

The numbers on this don't seem all that right to me. The default oxygen/hydrogen rate seems too off. Water molecules are mad eof up 2 hydrogen 1 oxygen. Oxygen will bind with another oxygen to make an O2, so every two molecules split, you'll have 2 H2, 1 O2.

Wouldn't 1 liter of water (1,000 kg), then give you 666.66kg of H2, while giving you 333.33kg of O2? 66% Hydrogen, 33% Oxygen.

By the description of whats in the settings, it takes 1 liter of water (1000kg) and produces 0.89 grams of Oxygen, 0.11 grams of Hydrogen. Converting water into 1000 times less mass than it was before you split it.

Alternatively the updated Piped Output works.

This mod already crash like 2 weeks ago. Water doesn't go to the machine. It's said "The pipe is stuck". Please help me. I really like this machine.

Doesn't crash for me but is completely non-functional. It has water in it and produces nothing.

Crashes on vanilla (no-dlc) as well.

I don't know if it's already been discussed here, but there is a bit of an "oops" in the tooltip text in the mod options for this one; upon hovering over the "Oxygen Production Rate" and "Hydrogen Production Rate" settings, it says "this is gram per second" in the tooltip text... but the numbers set here are actually kg per second in-game. Imagine my surprise when I set it to the gram equivalent value of converting 3L of water per second, and having my base suddenly filled immediately with 1000x more Oxygen and Hydrogen than the water used. LOL 😂

I'm glad I tested that hunch on a sandbox test file. 😁

When I loaded the old save data today,
I have confirmed that this mod is working.

I had to use Mod Updater to force and update, curious thing though, it changed the "reinstall_path" to null from some long string I didn't memorize or save. Also all the other working mods are null as well, so I think that may have been the problem.

Out of date even though it was updated today

out of date mod it crashes the game every time you try to make use of it, any curretnyl in game just act like normal electrolizers

Is this mod fixed and up to date? It still says out of date for me when i try to load it in.
