Z for the vertical position
A for the rotation (0 is North as far as I recall)
so.. <X,Z,Y,A>
Just remember when you use the altitude value that the engine is calculating a "safe drop" at that location for whatever you are spawning in. This is the reason for why cars bounce around if you park them inside something e.g. It has been like that since OFP. So, the short story is that it doesn't spawn it at the exact coordinates, but a little bit above.
Its between -360 & 360, I guess its angle, but can't figure precisly this is. Can someone explain ?
