I can't seem to get it working or anything, like when i click on siege I don't see the map for it

Sorry I never made maps for campaign, so idk how to do it. But you can find the file in the map folder and you can also download TEd( the map editor for Shogun 2) for free and open it there. So maybe you can figure it out yourself :)

So I subscribed to the map, started up a custom siege battle, and started looking through the available maps, but this one was not listed. Am I missing something here? I really want to play this map. Help!

Maybe try to swap the side. For some reason the game sometimes just allows 4v3s and not 4v4. So I mean if 4v3 is not working try 3v4, that fixed it for me sometimes. Unfortunately the map editor is quite weird and you can't always figure out why some things work like they do. But swapping left and right side (and attacker/defender then aswell of course) should make it work for you.

For some reason, I can only put in 3 attackers instead of 4

Maps are not shown in the map launcher, but directly downloaded into your map folder. If you want to play on this mapd you simply have to host a game, change the battletype to siege and look for the map in the map selection. You should find it there and then you can play. So the mod launcher isn't needed.

It should be, because in other campaigns from modes there are different maps. But I do not know how to do that.

So basically maps are no mods. Maps exist extra and your friend does not even need to have the map subscribed to play with him together. When he joins your lobby he will automatically load the map (but it takes much longer than subcribing it before). If your friend can not join your lobby then you or you friend activated any mod that the other one dont have active. You should be able to play maps with mods, but then you both need to have active the same (even some texture mods are not ok if other player dont use it aswell). So you should check out your mods then and make them the same, if it still does not work tell me please.

YES! There should ALWAYS be a Helms Deep map for every Total War game!

You should be able to play it in multiplayer. Just make sure you have gamemode siege.

If that happen with oter maps too I am not sure what I could change then... If you want I could send you the map as zip file then you put it in your map folder, but I am not sure if it works.

Maybe try to delete the folder and unsubcribe the mod. Then end Steam and start it again and press subscribe for this mod again.

I found the forder of the map, but is empty!!! I dont know what to do now.

Check if you see the map in that folder: C:\User\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\maps If it is not in there you have not downloaded the map somehow.

When you have subscribed that map it should appear in the map list. You need to play on siege mode. If you still cannot find it tell me please.
