Maybe if never "refresh image" in options its ok.

Hi, if you want to change the profile immage that witll appear in game, you have to change thumb.tga image in \Documents\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers\data\levels. YOu can do it by using free immage tool called paint.net (hope this was your question)
