Absolute banger of a map! Also had the pink walls issue but mat_specular 0 fixed it alright. Had lot of fun having NPC battles / making singleplayer mission-like saves there!

pull up console (which is ~) and type: mat_spec 0
it may take a minute but that should turn the map back to its original texture
