Ez Pete, I agree, but the character was meant for a simple game, perhaps in the future there will be negative effects

Sprite work is very pretty, but stat wise it feels like this character is just an upgrade from most other characters with no real downsides.

oh and found a very minor bug
-Skaily does not have eyes when sailing at a side veiw
-The boat ore/paddle thingy is invisible

bug update 2; and i might know the source of it, tried shipwrecked instead, and as far as i can tell, the glow effect of eating rainbow jellies, might also shut off the natural glow effect

i have a sneaking suspicion its the cave/temple aspect of hamlet that bugs it out, going from the surface to underground and such

ok update; playing through hamlet (as Skaily) and decided to run into a temple, i had gone through the temple before with the light aura, but i walked in and then, nothing, the light just kinda dissapeared

Honestly i doubt those mods would conflict because they change little to nothing when it comes to gameplay.

Well i started a hamlet game as Skaily, and I didnt have any light aura, didnt think much of it, just made torches like I usually do, then around day 22 I decided to throw together a lantern, and there was 3 variables that seemed to play a part in it, the light bulbs I had, the lantern I made, or the full moon that hit. yet it seemed to start working after equiping the lantern, full moon hitting, then unequiping the lantern.
(idk if this description helps, im not good with describing stuff like this. Even then I died shortly after and the light aura worked normally again)

Idk why but the whole light thing was finniky and didnt work and then a full moon hit and then the light suddenly started to work again. Not what was meant to happen? Problably. Fitting? Totally.

Thank you for your feedback and I made a simple character for the sake of simplicity of the game, the player is not bother and just play on cheel :3

While i'm not saying there are no characters in don't starve that have no downsides (wilson, winona pre-rework) Their abilities are usually lackluster. This however, is some really overpowered and i know for a fact they wouldn't be interesting to play. They nullify 2 of the major threats you have to work around in don't starve, darkness and cold. Being able to completely circumvent a few things that are huge mechanics of DS may sound good on paper, but it's boring to play.

one question. did you draw this? if so then you're pretty good at it not gonna lie

Yes, it has no negative effects, it's just a gift for my friend no more. Perhaps there will be negative effects if my friend sees fit. Mod on this is not finished, so it is possible to will be updated.

whether or not its a pure simplistic style you'd be lying if you said that it actually fit in at all with the surrounding environment of don't starve. it looks so woefully weird, especially next to other characters.

and what notaperture is saying is that is that this character has absolutely no negative effects from playing her as cahracters are supposed to, she's just got a ton of super super useful advantages and no actual downsides to back that up
