It's a great addon. A lot of unique voice lines that I didn't expect to hear but in the end was happy to hear, gave me a good laugh.

just downlaod it and spawn barnacle. may need gmod restart, dont ofrget to get rid of soudn voerhaul mdos or barnacle sound chaning mods
