@Mr. President There shouldn't be anything modifying cultures in this mod, so could it perhaps be another mod? The only thing I've overwritten is a few province files, none of which have references to lombard/german culture. Thanks for the comment!

This mod is making the vanilla lombard culture appear and the german culture appears early along the rhine

For anyone wondering about the status of this mod, please see the comment thread of the main mod (the non-HIP version) for news about my planned update. As I mentioned before, this will still be compatible with the current version of HIP as long as the provinces in which I placed the new great works did not change IDs. However, once I finish updating the main mod, I will update this mod with the new content and make sure that everything is working correctly.

What are the event IDs?

@Lacan It probably is compatible (if the provinces with my added Wonders did not change IDs), but I cannot guarantee it. I am currently working on a major update for the non-HIP version of this mod, so I will update this once I finish with that.

HIP is updated as of 23rd of July, 2019. Is this still compatible with the newer version?

@𝕰𝖓𝖒𝖊𝖗𝖐𝖆𝖗 I went ahead and tested the Expanded Map Edit mod for HIP (if this wasn't what you were talking about, let me know) and everything was fine. All of the provinces have the same IDs as in HIP, so all of my added wonders appeared. As a side note, if the EME mod becomes popular enough, I will consider making an HIP+EME-compatible version of this mod that will include all of the wonders that I have in my original vanilla version (since EME recreates the eastern areas of the map that HIP removed).
