Brilliant mod. Simple and effective - would also quite like to combine with a mod to remove the rank requirement for advisors as IMHO if you got the gold to pay them you should be able to employ them as you see fit.

lmao i messed around with all sorts of effects and ♥♥♥♥, I couldnt open the cultural table you edited- until i updated rPFM now I can and see it was literally one little check box i missed. fml but thank u- the game needs this so much becuz the positons are so stagnant and boring compared to how dynamic the admins can get

tested it out and it seams to be compatible with saves, thx for the mod, i found it prty frustrating at how MUCH stuff is in the game (traits, items) with the only prime minister/faction leader/heir stuff on them, dozens upon duzens of items and trait going to waste kuz i can't use them due to that BS, i'm fine with them beeing limited but they should have made them more special in that case, if only 3 pozition in my entire empire can activate that item / trait that they should have made them more special not BS like 10% more trade influence and ♥♥♥♥ like that >_<

Not seeing this working, does it need a new game to be started? Checking by putting -10% corruption into a newly opened up position after ranking up. Not seeing an effect on corruption.

Although, to be honest, maybe a more comprehensive overhaul is needed to keep the "prime minister" position more unique.

Perhaps minor version of each "if prime minister" ability for the middle layer? So while you'd still get 10% less corruption, eg, make it so the middle layer gives you 2% less corruption instead. A middle ground between keeping the prime minister position special but making character choice of the middle offices still interesting.
