Works just fine for me. Along with my 10 other mods. You mongs either didn't turn it on in the mod manager, or you've got another mod that overwrites this mod's changes.

@Alex Zhao. Neither worked for my game. I had done as you suggested and nothing worked, but I made a workaround with PFM so it's all good now.

I still have 5 turns per reform even after the first reform, and no mods besides this one influencing the tech table. The same effect persists even after starting a new campaign and switching to your other reform mod. Do you have any recommendations?
