Now, you can choose in the game options, before starting a campaign, not to display the ages of the characters. They can no longer die of old age. Only the characters who must disappear on a specific date will die as planned in the scenario.

That's not a confirmation. Your chance of death at age 70 is 5% in this mod, which is 95% likely an indication that this mod doesn't work. Huang Zhong has longer lifespan than other heroes in vanilla.

I confirmed it works.
When I started in 190 Sun Jian, Lu Zhi died at 70 and Huang Zhong died at 92.
Sun Jian survived until 68.

@ Marku you active them on the launcher. When you launch the game in steam it should open a launcher, there is a section named Mod Manager. Click that, then enable mods.

How do I make mods work on this game?
Do I need to activate them on main menu after subscribing?

I am aware that was the intention, but unfortunately the mod as it currently is fails to deliver on that. Perhaps there is some basic, automatic death chance that is stored somewhere else in the pack files and applies to all the contexts not covered by the table you changed, so not setting the death chance to zero at an early age makes it so that it goes with this automatic value until the character reaches the first age threshold in the table, so 69.
The point is, this methodology is not working as intended and there is empirical evidence provided by me and others that it doesn't.

This mod is different from the sister mod in that it data cores the table, and so doesn't need all the lines. It's effectively removing all the other data in the table. So all the vanilla data is gone. The main mod overwrites all the vanilla data instead. Slightly different methodology.

Yep, I am afraid DojślandPL is right: my characters die anyway at "young" age (45/50).

This mod doesn't work as you intended it to. I looked at the lines you changed, and there's a lot of entries missing compared to the sister mod - this one doesn't in fact change the death chance for characters below 69, it only makes it so that 69+ have lower chance of death. So yeah, characters do die before 70, and in fact they mostly do it at a vanilla rate.

Doesn't work. Lot of my generals still die before 60. I am forced to save load to skip death. Some....oddly, never dies. For example, liu biao lived forever.....
