The map is only noded for NPCs, it doesn't have any NPC makers. There's a lot of mods that let you do it yourself.

Not on it's own, but you can make one yourself usign nav_generate

It's supposed to be a level transition between ow_breach and ow_breached. I considered merging the two maps together, but ow_breached remains mostly unfinished.

That's because they were supposed to dissapear when you were playing as Overwatch so you could see inside them. If it's that big of a problem, I could make them unmovable
