Out of both of my comments, I only mentioned the Qing once when I was mentioning that non-Chinese empires were the only empires in China that have ruled over Tibet. I mention Qin every other time when talking about China during this time period. Although as you said, the Qin Empire didn't exist until almost the end of the 200's BCE (221-206), long after the game starts. The Qin at the time of the start date (272 BCE) were a major kingdom, but engaged wholly in the Warring States, not sending expeditions as they very likely didn't have spare resources to do so.
Either move the starting region north like I recommended and have a hypothetical Qin (kingdom) expedition, or change it to a hypothetical Zhao kingdom expedition. And/or have this mod set in the IA campaign as the Han, or the ED campaign as the Jin.
Or can you update?
