No all assets are specific to Gmod's default library or textures loaded from Counter Strike: Source (CS:S)

If you have the game itself, you load its content in the bottom right (may of moved since last I played) where there is a controller icon. Clicking that icon will allow you to enable content from CS:S.

If the textures are not working than I'm afraid I do not know for certain what might be missing. If you are using another addon to get the content than I'm afraid that is not this map.

I don't understand what you mean by "the menu". I got a mod from the worksop and ut hasn't given me problems before. I was wondering if maybe you had a small amount of assets from HL or the workshop or something.

There is no required mod, its a required game. Specifically Counter-Strike Source, so I can't link it.

It's named rp_rogue_trader and should hopefully be located in the roleplay section of maps. Have a wonderful evening :)
