i have the gun but it cant reload

imagine having to download insurgency content, mount it onto your game, then having to download a sound pack and full swep pack, for 1 gun

i am unsure if this will be read but i am having difficulties with some of the sweps, the ammo counter does niot show upo and i am unable to reload or shoot, am i doing something wrong?
