loading screen mod report confirms this building has 10 missing prop assets! Please add them as dependencies. Many of your other assets have this problem.

I agree, i really don't want to download the weird car dealership with all it's essentials just to get rid of this missing asset.

As the name suggests, you need the RICO mod to place this building and have it function like a residential building. Otherwise it'll just be a unique building somewhere...

Costco is a warehouse-style grocer. They don't have an urban store format and are known for their large, expansive stores... that are just basically warehouses.

To give an answer to SergJack, I don't think he does. Who knows, maybe Reaper might have a change of heart and do so, maybe he won't, but only time will tell what he does.
