You're missing mod description - it's all described in basic information part.

" Mining marble is highly dangerous and it will cost your villagers their lives but it can be very profitable! "

Marble is used for trade.

I'm sorry but each mod in LO spreadsheet has description so if this doesn't help you to decide I don't know how to help you more. Like I said, bundle can't be done. Good luck with organizing your Mod List.

most important - it's not recommended to use 99 mods, it's better to use less due to time launching and data needed to be read before game starts.

No, I can't, you need to decide to use some and some not. There won't be any MEGA MOD for this game and I can't make bundle cause it wouldn't be compatible with existing players save game files.
