eh they'd need to be updated to work with more recent GUI changes. Probably won't get around it tbh. Anyone else can take the torch on this if they want

@Drowse Thanks for the info. But I will be using it not quite often since there is no 1280X720 and I cannot play it in my normal gui scaling (0.9). But I will use it when I feel so. (That means now :)

@Aggeremid for a more accurate scale go to Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\settings.txt and set "gui_scale=1.000000" to "gui_scale=0.660000" since 720p is 66% of 1080p

portraits are finicky. I have to add each leader portrait as a custom gui window 1 by 1.
