@haleondk, the contracts arrive with the time you play the game. I think NCC and Skanska contracts came when I started the Medium Flight Permits.

Not part of the nordic countries :) Techincally estonia isn't either but they are really politically and culturally close to finland so thats why i added them

When making a new airport you can select them :) There is tutorials on the forum on how to enable them on an already exising save.
