having some issues with him spawning at Worlds End, both bars I've checked repeatedly and he isn't there ;( new game as well, just a heads up^^

For some reason, when I try to talk to the Outcast my game crashes.

With the stats on these lightsabers... they seem fitting for end-game cyber themed squads.

downloaded Khatun mod, turned off genesis, imported - outcast finally had backpack of lightsabers. hope it helps. after i just turned mod off, reactivated genesis, imported - characters still had lightsabers. only workaround i got for you.

Anyone know why I still can't get any Lightsabers in stock at the vendor in World's End? I've done the import save, but his stock is still empty. I am playing on Project Genesis if that makes any difference.

Wish there was a mod that distributed these to some mid tier NPCs and higher. Maybe a random chance for a low level bandit that got lucky and found one too.

An idea i had is to create "science based" weapon enchants that gives various glows +stats "glow is more important, Like Fire Acid Cold etc. Is that something you could make?

Does these lightsabers work with "Project Kathun"?
As I'm having a hard time getting more lightsabers atm for myself.. so would be nice if you could maybe buy them (even if low quality)

@GoingBatty It shouldn't weigh 40 kg. From what I made, it all should all weigh 1 kg each (you can see from descriptions on the screenshots). There may be some incompatibility with another mod you have.

Why does my exar kun blade weighs 40 kg? that's a bag of water softener salt worth of salt!! that's like 80ish lbs!!

I feel like lightsaber should be the one weapon which drastically changes performane with wielder's skill level. In hands of someone with barely any dexterity or training it should act sort of like martial arts, hurting the owner in the proccess. But near the skill cap it would absolutely shine, outperforming everything, even falling sun. I wonder how difficult it is to implement.

I kind of agree with you, so I changed the values in FCS to adjust to my expectation. You can do it too, is very easy indeed.

I guess they balanced just to not break the game i.e. I have a game with 10 Inquisitors, all with DB Lightsabers, they are pretty much invincibles.

shouldn't a lightsaber be anything but balanced? i mean it should cut through the weapons and armor of everyone and dismember them with ease

@killingcodydp I am passionate about Star wars, and I love every incredible mod I see in the saga in Kenshi, yours is magnificent, do you plan to add more sabers? and would you accept commissions to make an additional lightsaber?

I've just realised I don't think I've ever managed to get this mod to work. Not sure how, I've had nothing but the other light saber mods installed before and this trader has never shown up, BUT I always found lightsabers at the hub bar trader, though till today I though that was this mod but it turns out it is the other saber mod.

About being craftable, i made it... u can choose the colour and craft it, 100% functional... does not get grey... but lights i think is not possible to attach to a weapon...

Why the negative to defense? Isn't the best part of a lightsaber, and it's whole philosophy based on defense?

It's surprising to you that knocking out a shopkeeper and taking all their stock might cause the shop to fold up in a world as harsh as Kenshi? I'm relatively sure that is a vanilla mechanic, from boot traders to caravans. If you steal all their stuff, they often become hostile to you and almost always close the shop so it's always locked and never has goods.

I was able to knock out the lightsaber vendor and take his pack, but now I cant seem to find him again at worlds end even though I imported my save, did I break him somehow?

Love the mod, but it should have 0 defence penalties. If anything it should increase defence.

What's the difference between this and Yoshizane's mod? Is it just that the other one is a starting character selection and this is a vendor? The actual lightsabers seem near identical with the different classes etc.

I love the work put in to this mod, my whole squad carries these now. I just wish there was a version that made them really OP like a lightsaber should be with every hit being a limb loss.

I found him but it seems he did not get the message that lightsabers should be 96,000 cats. He is selling them for 306,914 cats. Only mod I have that might have effected this is Nekos Economic Overhaul. Yet this mod makes it so it harder to make money and build stuff. Making me wonder why he has tripled his prices.

does anyone know if they're different in each class? like does katana class attack faster, heavy slower but higher dmg per hit and so on?
