Not fixed the 'cold stream ladder'.
I have recently encountered this shit issue.I was the only one who couldn't climb the ladder.

I don't think this fixed the ladder issue. Not sure if they can even do it.

@Shad3rEVO Maybe it's because the author of the map makes his own change on the helicopter, so two models conflict and then the model is missing.

I had this weird glitch on the Tank's Playground map where when it was time to get to the helicopter, the model was missing, as in there was no helicopter or pilot.

I don't suppose you have some screenshots of this? And which choppers does it replace in the game, the Hueys or the huge ones in Dead Center and The Parish (or both)?
