Draco has custom sound lines, custom speech lines (partly, we're working on it, there are hundreds of them after all), a unique personality, unique gameplay, and unique art. Though his sprites are based on Wilson's, it's common modding practice to take existing sprites and change them rather than redrawing from scratch, since it makes for better style consistency. In his case, every single sprite has been changed, most of all the face, including all 34 unique facial expressions and face placement itself. Compared to Wilson, he has a less deep-set face, a stronger nose ridge, a more square chin, prominent cheekbones, more shapely eyebrows, and of course the glasses and facial hair. This took a lot of hard work to achieve, and we did it because we love Klei and both DST and Invisible Inc.

Please be respectful of that and don't call the character a "reskin" just because both characters (who were both designed by Klei, by the way) have dark hair and a vest.
