@TheNotoriusTesla The only reason I can think of is you were not placing it on high commercial tiles. You will need mods like Plop the Growables if you wanna plop building anywhere without regard to zoning.

I don't know why it desapears every time I build it. It appears a symbol of money and forbidden.
