I know this is kinda offtopic, but why is people crazy over poltergeist? i know that the HUD thing with the helmet its new for the engine, but from the trailer it just looks like a very well done campaign, yet people bitch about it more than fanboys bitching over watch dogs

Doln just in case you don't know, you can make a singleplayer campaign just like in arma 2 where you make separated missions and connect them together. Just do like arma 2 and create a folder called Campaigns on your arma 3 root folder and you will see your campaing in the game menu with the arma 3 original campaing. Hope you guys do good at the contest!

I don't believe the general was anywhere near where it said he was supposed to be, though. We did kill some enemies around there but none of them appeared to be a general and I don't remember seeing the success message.

I don't know how the general died. Someone (I think Leechy) said tht he saw a success message, but in any case, I didn't have the task anymore, neither completed nor open.

Great mission, took us a few tries to get it right but eventually we succeeded. I don't think the Ifrit showed up in the successful attempt...I guess it's randomized? Anyway, like Alwarren said there was that issue with the general, but otherwise worked as expected.

Loved the atmosphere in this mission, solid voice acting, good amount of enemies. A great mission. For some reason the general was dead and the task to kill him was gone, but other than that it worked like a charm. Great mission, looking forward to your future work :)

It seems like me and my squad are invincible. Just naded twice myself to check, and yes, I can't die. Playing on a windows dedicated server with today's dev build. Other missions do not have this problem though. Any chance for a fix? The missions looks awesome.

Nice mission, plays well in SP with Dev build. I recieved a bad link to object error on loading, but AFAIK it did not affect gameplay

Some recommendations:
- I didn't notice the QRF return to base. Maybe add some more pressure on the player with real threat of returning APCs and troops.
- Officer was easy to locate and an easy target (he is just standing still in a paddock, he is an easy kill). Maybe provide him with some more shelter, and more patrols between the base and the evac point.

Does it still require the DEV build? It won't work on a 1.04 dedicated server. If I open it in the editor and save it it works, but I am not sure what I am losing.

True FIA :FIA: mission, where you have to procure everything on site. It had really spooky atmoshphere, with scattered enemies and alarm constantly reminding me I shouldn't be there. Forgot to find NVG and by the time I approached officer's position, it went too dark for any reasonable attack and I decided to exfil.

Some technical feedback:
* Task had no desitinations set, so I wasn't able to easily check where am I supposed to go.
* Chemlights could even increase the mysterious feeling of the reasearch base.

There are 2 Ifrit HMG's that have a chance to spawn - they will not appear every time

Awesome mission, love the voice acting too!
I had a seriously hard time taking down the officer, he had like 3-4 riflemen with him that was heavily digged in, and if I managed to get a shooting position 50-100 meter from him, he would sent 2 guys to flank me. You said he was litely guarded ;)
