Negative, none of the two soldier models are on the workshop. The soldier model on the last photo is over here https://vk.com/garrysmod.workshop under the name "Russian Loyalist MW3R".

Now for the operator on the first photo, he was available publicly on Facepunch, but since the site was nuked, it ain't available for download there anymore. I'll see if i can get in contact with the developers to see if they have a alternate download link. If so, i'll tell you.

Well, every single one i can, although i'm unsure about weapons with optics due to a issue i'm having with rendering their textures. The next ones on my list are the following, in order:
