I don't know if there is a way to do it on demand. I do know that they change based on what is happening at the moment, like falling, so I just took a screenshot of those and used that.

That is just the way it functions due to the location of the thrusters. Making use of the Number Pad keys would help stabilize it manually.
It is possible that the sensors are detecting the building it spawns from, but I doubt it.

Whenever i spawn it in it does a front flip how do i fix this
