@Pewex - would I have your permission to re-texture this prop with the Italian flag colors for my Little Italy collection? Basically have each pennant alternate colors between green, white and red. If so I would absolutely give you credit in my workshop item.

Hi, you need move it and a mod that allows props to be moved up and down. I think the modern mod for that is "prop anarchy": https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2696146766

However I'm not sure if the mod is still in beta or not.

Hi, thank you so much for making this, very cool. How do you get them to move up and down when placing them on the map? I can't seem to get them any higher than the ground
