Engine accessed lifting a bit the car then crouching (press C) to an open corner between the back bumper and the rear wheel. It's a tiny space, but works.

Good car but no access to engine also got stuck in a wheel arch and couldn't press eesc to get out had to alt + f4 to get out of it shame nice car tho eitherway.

Thats untrue, if you watch the Video from the Problem oil link to this car, it shows you that you can change the oil,

In order to drive this car you must buy it new from The Car salon. Since you can't change the oil in it due to there being no way to access the engine bay, and in order to buy the car new from the salon you must edit the files of the car in (Files > This Computer > Local Disc(Or whatever disc you store everything at) > Program(s) (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Workshop > Content > 645630 > 1772085390 > config, config1, config 2, config3.
And then add change allowedplaces to ''allowedplaces=Order.2(This number specifies the spawn rate of the car so you can put it at whatever you want, but max number recommended is 50),Auction,Salon(,Junkyard,Shed)''
or you can do this in (Steam > Steamapps > common > streamingassets > cars > (then clik into the car and do the following as above with the allowedPlaces and now put this in all configs for best results, now its done. Have fun. =)
P.s make sure to use comma symbols in config files.

How do you fill the engine? I could only do repairs if i took it out and when i installed the engine again there was no way to fill the engine wih oil

ye you have to go into interior editor mode then remove them, you cant see the seats or sit in the car while its in your garage
