Works for me, although the teleport function is very risky, and can put the player outside of the map, at least on Aberration. Haven't tested it on other maps though. Use at your own peril.
Also, I tried adding the config before I had it loaded in, and the correct config reads as "Requiresdust", not "requireselement"

Mod no longer works. Maps do not show the locations of any loot. Teleport feature is missing.
Still good for a decoration piece though.

What does still work:
1. Wall and Floor Map can still be placed.
2. The manual "Waypoint" you can place on the "M" key map still works and will update the GPS Loot Crate Tool coordinates.
3. M-Key map can still consume Element Dust when pressing the button, but nothing happens.

Will there be an Update for the new Maps and some fixes? On my Ragnarok Server the Map wont show any Crate also the GUS.ini Settings do not help with the element requirement. Seems Like the Mod just uses the default settings.

I tried changing required element for scan in gameusersettings.ini from 5 to 2 since I'm playing on a map with little element but it seems like any change to stuff under [LootCrateScanner] heading gets overwritten with defaults at launch

Would it be possible to indicate blueprint quality? Even if it just says Primative/Ramshackle/Journeyman/Mastercraft/Ascendant, just so I'm not chasing after blueprints that are lower quality than what I have

Using this on Abb. The war map scanner doesn't appear to see cave crates, which is most of the loot crates on Abb. The hand scanner does see everything tho.. so.. /shrug

doesn't work completely with Crystal Isles, map looks glitchy in either wall or table version and neither shows any underwater crates. Surface crates are fine though.

am I missing something on how I can get it to find artifacts? it's only showing regular loot crates. I scanned them all and no artifacts

Could you please add the ability to handle custom loot containers? A config where I can list the mod supply crate class names to scan for? If that's even possible?

Or does anyone know of a mod that hides surface supply crate beams?

I host a Ragnarok server and I can't get the Gameusersettings.ini edits to work. The mod just uses the default settings. Can't even get "teleport" to show up, although I imagine that's disabled by default

So, that is really shitty by the mod creator. If you add "RequiresElement=false" to your config, it will add all the other settings, but not only that, it adds another one not mentioned "requiresDust=True". So basically, RequiresElement doesn't do shit for the element dust cost of scanning and you have to turn off the game again after reloading the save to change that one too.

The Central Map, I scan,it show me locations to various crates,artifacts..i have element,i teleport..and everytime teleport me in air or underworld cave,but never teleport me to that crate/artifact ..and i tryed to search in ghost mod to see if is rly there and i never can find what i search.

First of all. Nice work for this one. Its working so far but when it comes to the .ini settings it seems like they dont exist. I have teleport allowed and disable the dust requirement. It's still sayin I'd need Dust to Scan. I am running an MP on Linux. Havent test it in SP yet.

I currrently use simple spawners on the Island in sigleplayer to get Osds and Veins to spawn but the scanner map only detects the Osds and not the veins. Is it possible to fix this?

I must be missing how to use this. I'm on the Island and when i hold the scanner and hit 'M', it just shows the map. There is nothing on it and no buttons to push.

For the maps on the wall, looks like they are just showing beacons, not deep sea loot crates (which is what I'm after).

Doesnt seem to work on Olympus, coords are showing in mid 100s example 130, 70 or 146.1, 87.4 Was next to a loot crate and its coords were way off to what the scanner was showing?

On servers it should detect every crate on the map. Because of the dynamic loading in single player some are only loaded when you enter the area. It is not possible to detect them before.
I have not tested it but I think it will also detect spawned ones.

Is it possible for your mod to detect custom placed loot crates? Not modded loot crates just regular ones but placed randomly around the map. Will it detect loot crates on land or just water? Seen your videos I noticed that it is not detecting the ones in the open on Ragnarok Desert, Also not detecting the ones in dungeons like the Ice Cave or the Life Labyrinth. Ty

Ok this is great! I was finally, for the first time in like a thousand hours on Ragnarok, find undersea loot crates. Thank you!
The only small thing I'd request is when you've selected a crate to track on the map, to show which one it is in the list on the right. It would make it much easier to add map coords before you get there. I ask because adding map coords when you get to a loot drop might be a bit tricky - last one I did had two sharks and a mosa on top of it :)

One thing: every time I press M (while the Scanner in hands) the GUI of the map gets smaller and smaller. I always have to switch the weapon slot to reset the GUI.

Yea i just confirmed no crates. why it took me a bit to respond i looted the ice cave and waited for them to respawn. they did not show up on the map table. i looted the desert and am waiting for respawn now. ill let you know if something changes (the original handscanner about a month ago did not show boxes either but now does may need time to start picking them up?)

Hi Echar, are you sure? For me they show up. Only the underwater crates at the moment as I have not entered any cave, but that should not matter.

I like this mod generally because i am new to the game. i did have one question about the war-table map. unlike the hand scanner it does not show the loot crates (shows only drops) (map ragnarok). I was wondering if this was intentional or an oversight? again Thanks for a great mod.

Since i couldnt craft it with the element dust i had i searched the wiki and there is a different variant of element dust "crafted element dust".It might be my game file idk.
