Chalk pit. Footprint 8x8. Cost - 120 logs, 5 primitive tools. 3 builders. 2 workers. Fully furnished and random decorated. Operational during warm seasons from Spring till late Fall.
R & A and chalk is completely separated mods :)
Chalk industry is connected with core game schools - normal ones and upgraded :)
DISABLING MOD
Remember, once you mine your first chalk supply game will see and save your new resource so in order to safely disable this mod you'll need to empty first your warehouses (either use chalk in schools or sell it at Market), demolish chalk pits and only then you can turn it off. This applies to every mod that introduces to the core game new resource and it's very important to follow those steps (to avoid CTD game crash while launching your saved game - game will see chalk in your save file but won't see it in code game). If you decide to disable this mod and after that start completely new game, steps described earlier are not important.
