Thx, in my opinion actual industrial zones are not really customizable, bcs of the lack of generic assets that give some diversity - that ones helps a lot- Danke , ebenso für deine 45% Parkplätze spitzen Füller und sehr schön zu dekorieren.

Why is it RICO when we have Industries DLC? RICO won't make a warehouse out of this asset as far as i'm aware. It's gonna be just a factory.
